Concern as Harry Styles cancels show hours before he was due to go on stage due to mystery ‘health issue’

Harry Styles has sparked concern among his fanbase after canceling his concert scheduled for Tuesday (July 22) at MorumBIS stadium in São Paulo, Brazil.

The former One Direction star is currently on his 68-date Together, Together tour, which began in May and has continued into the summer months.

Last night's show would be the first canceled by Styles this year, and it came after he put on a performance over his first two dates in the South American city.

The Brit had a powder blue suit on during his Saturday show, performing hits from his newest Number One album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.

Following the cancelation, Live Nation Brazil shared the news on Tuesday morning with a social media post, mentioning a "health issue on tour."

Full statement on Harry Styles' canceled show

Live Nation Brazil said in a statement: “We are deeply sorry to inform you that the Harry Styles concert scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at MorumBIS, has been canceled due to a health issue on the tour.

"Tickets for this show will be refunded through the same purchase channel. An email with more information will be sent by @ticketmasterbr to all ticket holders."

They also addressed if other upcoming shows will be impacted, writing: "The Friday show, July 24, 2026, will take place as scheduled.

"Ticket holders for the Tuesday show (July 21) will have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive batch of tickets for the Friday show (July 24), while supplies last.

"More information will be provided in the email sent by Ticketmaster Brasil to buyers. We have worked with the event venue to release as many tickets as possible for the Friday show, but please keep in mind that availability is extremely limited."

Despite the second chance for fans and the notice given, it's safe to say that fans were not happy, as some asked for a full refund for their flight and accommodation.

Another disgruntled fan said: "They should postpone tonight's show; the setup will be all ready. It's a tremendous disrespect to everyone who was ready for tonight's show. Being notified just a few hours beforehand."

A more concerned Styles fan claimed: "He wouldn't cancel for no reason at all; Harry knows about the costs that the fans have been facing coming from other places. If he canceled, it's because he really needs some rest."

Harry Styles' tour has been a success so far

The former One Direction member has left a mark in several cities on his tour so far as he treks across the world.

This included a 12-show run at Wembley Stadium in London, setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest residency by a musician at the iconic venue.

He also had Shania Twain open his shows at Wembley, as she revealed to Rolling Stone: “He called me up and said, ‘Will you come and do these shows with me at Wembley?’

“I’m like, ‘Of course - only for you, Harry.’”
