Danielle Bregoli just called out Nicki Minaj in typically savage style

Danielle Bregoli has risen to fame in a way only the 21st century would allow: by doing something ridiculous on TV. She was only 13 when she appeared on an episode of Dr. Phil, effectively becoming a walking catchphrase after the bizarre appearance, but by the age of 15 she's somehow capitalized on her notoriety to launch a cookie-cutter music career.

She turned up on the show after her mother complained that she was acting out, stealing her credit card and running away from home on numerous occasions. As often happens on these shows, the audience started to jeer, at which point Danielle got angry and lashed out at the crowd. She called them all "whores" before saying, "Catch me outside, how about that?" Due to her accent, the meme became "Cash me ousside how bow dah?".

Since she has risen to fame, her mother moved them both from Florida to Los Angeles and signed her up for the same agent as Pitbull. In the last two years, she's somehow come from that outburst on reality TV to having 12.9 million followers on Instagram, earning herself up to a reported $40,000 per post, and has embarked on a music career as 'Bhad Bhabie'.

In no time at all she had her first music video, which got over 60 million views on YouTube, sold over 500,000 copies of her last single ('Hi Bich'), and got embroiled in a controversy over cultural appropriation. Oh, and she's now a millionaire, apparently.

Now, in another nonsensical turn that makes you question whether there is any point to existence, she was nominated for Billboard's Best Female Rap Artist, alongside Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. There's definitely other artists out there that were worthy of making it in there, and she gets her fair share of mockery online:

But now that Bregoli has made it - people were curious what she had to say about it.

She was asked about the nomination by TMZ recently, and was asked whether she believed she could beat her two rivals in the category. "I mean, by being nominated I already won," she said, adding, "Obviously Cardi’s gonna win but she really deserves it and I’m just getting started so."

However much she thinks Cardi B deserves the award, she's not exactly a fan of Nicki Minaj, claiming that she doesn't deserve it in the same way:

"For sure. Cardi’s way better than Nicki, I don’t care what anyone says. Cardi actually says stuff. Nicki just has attitude, so what, wow, big deal."

Regardless of whether you agree with her views on Minaj, it seems a little hypocritical for 'Bhad Bhabie' to criticize another artist for getting by on attitude alone. After all, the only reason she made it in the first place was for letting her attitude get the best of her on national television. And I've got to think, when Minaj hears what she said, she's more than likely to respond with: "Who?"
