Promoter: The promoter of the NMIT football shirt Raffle 2024 (the “Raffle”) is Four Nine a brand of Jungle Creations Limited with company number 09127804 (“Four Nine”), on behalf of Solace Women’s Aid, a charity registered in England & Wales, Charity Number 1082450, Company Number 03376716 and NCDV, a community interest company with registered number 11159687 (collectively the “Charity”).
By participating in No More Injury Time by Four Nine prize draw (the "Prize Draw"), you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
These Terms apply to your participation in the Prize Draw so please read them carefully before taking part.
Entry to the Prize Draw is open to all individuals who are:
UK residents;
aged 18 and over; and
registered users of a valid Instagram account,
at time of entry into the Prize Draw, except employees of Four Nine) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
Four Nine reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and compliance with these Terms. Four Nine may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.
Internet access, an Instagram account set to public (to permit direct messages from Four nine) and an email address are required to enter the Prize Draw.
Entry into the Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
The promotional period runs from 17:00 on 25.06.2024 to 23:59 on 02.07.2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
At the start of the Promotional Period, Four nine will post a "call to action" feed post & story on its instagram page (@Fournine) promoting the Prize Draw (the "post & story frame").
To enter the Prize Draw during the Promotional Period., participants must:
log into their Instagram account;
"like" the feed post; and
comment on the No More Injury Time Competition Instagram Feed post on the Four Nine feed tagging a friend who also has a valid Instagram account.
Entries made after this time will not be valid and will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
The instructions provided in the Video form part of the Terms of this Prize Draw. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence.
Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotional Period.
Entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, delayed, lost or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms or which Four Nine cannot identify due to the participant's entry being removed or filtered from search or the suspension or termination of the participant's Instagram account (whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason) will not be accepted.
Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
Four Nine may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant it suspects of being non-compliant with these Terms or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the spirit of the Prize Draw. This includes any individual found to be attempting to tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw.
If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw, your request should be made in writing to [email protected]
There will be three (3) prize winners selected at random .
Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Four Nine reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these Terms.
To notify the winner, Four Nine will:
reply to the winner's comment in the comments section of the feed post asking them to check their private messages; and
send the winner a private message.

Four Nine will ask the winner to provide their name, telephone number and email address. Four Nine and/or its agency will provide details of the prize to the winner using these contact details.
It is the responsibility of participants to check their instagram account and messages. Four Nine cannot be held responsible for winners failing to check their private messages.
Each winner will win one (1) No More Injury Time football shirt (size Medium) (the “Prize”).
The Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
the Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable;
the winner must not seek to sell the Prize or advertise the Prize for sale, including on any digital platform or social media platform;
there is no cash or other alternative to the Prize;
Four Nine reserves its right to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control;
the winner must be aged 18 or over;
the Prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
if the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the Prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
the winner will need to adhere to any other terms and conditions and/or disclaimers provided as part of the Prize;
The winner may be required to produce a valid form of government issued ID on request by Four Nine.
Any decision of Four Nine as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Four Nine reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that their personal data will be used by Four Nine for the sole purpose of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with Four Nine’s Privacy Notice. Personal data gathered during the Prize Draw will be deleted after the Prize Draw has been concluded. The Privacy Notice can be found at https://junglecreations.com/privacy-policy/
The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
Participants acknowledge and accept Instagram will not have any liability to the participants and the participants and winners fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
This Prize Draw is run by Four Nine. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or associated with Instagram and participants and winners are providing information to Four Nine NOT Instagram for use by Four Nine in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
