Khloé Kardashian sets record straight on rumors she’s dating Scott Disick
In a desperate bid to shut down gossip, Khloe Kardashian has hit back at rumors that she is dating her former brother-in-law, Scott Disick.
The third child of pop culture's most famous family addressed the rumors about Disick, who shares three children with his ex-fiancée, Kardashian’s oldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, on a recent episode of her podcast Khloé In Wonder Land.
Expressing her shock and confusion over why the romance rumors spread, she said: “Oh my god, this Scott thing. I actually sent it to Scott, and I was like, ‘Did you know that people think you and I are dating again?'
“And he said, ‘Why? Where did this come from?’”
The rumors were likely started by joke between the pair
Despite Khloe claiming: “I have no idea the origin of it. Everything they’ve shown is old stuff,” there is no smoke without fire. Speculation could have stemmed from a scene from the latest season of The Kardashians, where she and Disick joked about having a child together.
However, the reality TV star and podcast host quickly shut down the allegations, protesting: “That, obviously, is editing, but no, we're not a couple. One, He's the father of my two nephews and niece.”
Mom-of-two Khloe then continued by making a joke that if the rumors were true, Disick would be a stepdad and uncle to her children with her ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.
Although the Kardashians are no strangers to the concept of blended families, dating their sisters' exes is still off limits.
The relationship would be too close for comfort
Explaining why she will be looking further afield for her next partner, Khloe said: “Sure, in history, I'm sure that's happened for people, but it's not going to happen here. That's like the main thing.
“Two, also, he's like my brother. Like my real legit brother. That's weird.”
In the same podcast episode, released on October 22, Khloe addressed her infamous four years of celibacy, and the intrusive response she has had from the public who are not afraid to pester her with questions about when she will next have sex.
Speaking on Khloé In Wonder Land, she said: “I think it is so offensive that anyone is asking me if I've had sex yet. I just find that insane for people to feel that they have that right to even know that information.”
Sadly, Khloe is well accustomed to rumors being spread about her love life and being hounded with questions about her sex life, as, unlike her sisters whose strings of famous boyfriends make constant headlines, the middle child has been single since 2021.
