Donald Trump is once again offering Americans financial rewards of $1 million if they do one specific thing during upcoming midterm elections.

Trump, who has already pledged $5,000 to every American should the Republicans retain their congressional majority, has now teased a larger sum with one specific condition.

In a post on Truth Social on Monday, Trump presented American voters with a chance to be financially remunerated should they report voter fraud on November 3, when votes are due to be submitted.

In his post, Trump claimed, “Anybody reporting Voter Fraud in the past Elections, or the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, will be paid $1,000,000 upon the arrest and conviction of those that created the Fraud! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

This follows the ‘Trump dividend’ he promised at his midterm convention in Dallas in September, despite calls that this offer was unconstitutional.

Since the beginning of his first term in office, Trump has frequently accused Congress of voter fraud, but has never substantiated these claims.

While Trump didn’t elaborate on the expected timescale of payments, nor how they would be funded, questions, of course, remain around the legitimacy of such claims.

The former Attorney General of the Trump administration, William Barr, has denied that voter fraud has ever been found.

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr revealed to the Associated Press.

“There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud, and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results.

“And the D.H.S and D.O.J. have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that.”

Democrats were quick in their response and dismissal of Trump’s claim around the $5,000 dividend, highlighting that it would cost a staggering $1.3 trillion to hand out such payments to approximately 270 million Americans.

This latest pledge is unprecedented and is likely to be both controversial and highly contentious, as people post their votes next week.
