People found Ed Sheeran's security guard on Instagram and the man is a legend
Hands up if you've heard of Ed Sheeran. Well, of course you have. Four-time Grammy Award winner, 26 million albums and 50 million singles sold worldwide, he's a hard one to miss. But hold fire, as I'm about to introduce you to someone who could blow the ginger crooner out of the water when it comes to entertainment value.
Meet Kevin Myers, Ed's security guard, who has become a star in his own right since starting his Instagram page. Despite making his Insta debut days ago, Kev already has over 850,000 followers, and it's easy to see why - his posts are hysterical. Uploading behind-the-scenes snaps, Kev regularly documents his adorable bromance with the singer online and if you're not already following him, you should start now.
What pushed Kev to take the plunge and become Instagram-famous? It was all pretty simple, according to him. He told Four Nine: "I woke up one morning and realised I was a legend of modern times, and that the world needs to see that I’m the daddy now. So I got my assistants to set up the account, hired an unpaid intern as a photographer, and the rest is as they say history."
Currently globetrotting side-by-side with Ed on his ÷ tour, Kev is never far away from the singer. But when asked what it was like working with the English songwriter, he hilariously informed us that it's all about him now: "This article isn’t about his lordship, it’s about me," he said. "And working with me is, as they say, a delight. I am witty, wedge and wonderful... He [Ed] is dry as a gnats chuff, have you ever seen him interviewed? Whine whine whine. But I’m gonna have more followers than him soon anyway now you guys are posting about me #global #imthedaddynow".

And he's not shy at all about living that celeb lifestyle
He's something of a guru when it comes to navigating the pitfalls of fame

He's soared to Insta-heights many of us can't begin to imagine
And bested all of his rivals - namely Ed's official photographer, who has fallen majorly behind on his Instagram game
The stresses of Instagram fame aren't easy, so Kev has his downtime
