10 Love Island couples that are still together as ITV confirms show's 2021 start date
It may come as a surprise, but plenty of Love Island couples are still together.
And it looks like there will be more to come! ITV has confirmed that the iconic villa will be returning to our screens on June 28, after the show was cancelled last year due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
Are any Love Island couple still together?
In light of this exciting news, we take a look back at the reality television show's biggest success stories.
From Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague to Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow, here are the couples who have gone the distance...
Mike Boateng and Priscilla Anyabu — Winter Love Island 2020
Mike Boateng and Priscilla Anyabu met on Love Island Winter 2020, after Priscilla entered Casa Amor. Their connection and chemistry were instant, and they left in fifth place. Over a year later, and they're still going strong, having been in a relationship since leaving the villa.
Several weeks after leaving the show, the couple revealed that they'd already picked out their future baby names. And as of April of this year, they're still sharing sweet snaps together on Instagram. Aww!
Nas Majeed and Eva Zapico — Winter Love Island 2020
Love Islander Eva Zapico turned Nas' head in Casa Amor while he was coupled up with Demi Jones. Despite quickly being booted from the villa, the pair stayed together. They made things official as boyfriend and girlfriend in May of 2020.
In fitting Love Island fashion, they announced their new relationship status on Instagram.
"Officially a couple, #securedthebag #trustinyoursauce," Nas wrote, to which Eva replied: "I’VE GOT A BOYFRENNNNNNNN [sic]."
They're still sharing sweet couple shots a year on, so the going looks good for these two!
Finley Tapp and Paige Turley — Winter Love Island 2020
Finley Tapp and Paige Turley ended up winning Winter Love Island 2020, and they're still coupled up.
They were the top contenders for the title since they first got together, having spoken openly about their desire to move in and adopt a dog.
A year later, and it looks like that's all come true! The couple share an apartment in Manchester together, and have a dog named Kevin.
Luke Trotman and Siannise Fudge — Winter Love Island 2020
Luke Trotman and Siannise Fudge were runners up to Paige and Finley, but although they lost out on the £50k, they're still very much in love.
The pair live in an apartment in London together, which they moved into in May of the same year. They regularly post dancing videos together on Instagram, and of course, Luke and Siannise are still obsessed with Disney. Cute!
Callum Jones and Molly Smith — Winter Love Island 2020
Molly Smith struck Callum Jones' fancy when she entered Casa Amor while he was still coupled up with Shaughna Phillips. His decision to go with Molly caused quite the stink in the villa, but they're still together a year on.
Callum told OK! that he asked Molly to be his girlfriend two months after leaving South Africa.
The couple spent the Covid-19 lockdown self-isolating at Molly's parent's house, and they're sharing sweet couple snaps on Instagram. In January of 2021, Callum revealed that the pair had moved into a house together in Manchester.
Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague — Love Island 2019
Smitten Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury were the runners up of Love Island 2019. They're still together, and appear as loved up as ever.
While some accused Molly-Mae of "faking" it with the boxer, the couple have well and truly proved their naysayers wrong. They became boyfriend and girlfriend just weeks after they first met, and proceeded to shack up a month after returning to the UK.
More recently, they have been attempting to purchase their first home. Good luck guys!
Dom Lever and Jess Shears – Love Island 2017
This couple is one of Love Island's biggest success stories. They're married with a baby, and happier than ever.
After Jess was famously dumped from the villa, and left Dom behind, few people believed that they would make it on the outside. But over the course of three years, they had a bizarre fake wedding on Good Morning Britain, a real wedding in Mykonos, Greece, and welcomed their first child in October of 2019.
Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow – Love Island 2017
After meeting at the very end of Love Island 2017, Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow also appear rock solid.
They welcomed their first child Nell in October of 2020 — who is just precious!
Then, in February of 2021, they announced their engagement via an adorable picture of their daughter who was wearing a babygrow that says "Mummy will you marry my daddy?"
Jamie added: "She said yes!!!"
Nathan Massey and Cara de la Hoyde-Massey — Love Island 2016
These former Love Island winners have not one, but two babies! After a brief split in 2017, they welcomed their first child, Freddie-George De La Hoyde Massey, in December of 2017. A year later, they announced their engagement via a lavish OK! Magazine spread, and then tied the knot in 2019.
The following year, Cara gave birth to their second child, a daughter.
Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland — Love Island 2016
This couple became the first pair on the show to tie the knot! Despite losing out to Nathan Massey and Cara de la Hoyde-Massey, Alex and Olivia are well and truly committed. After a two year engagement, they wed in September of 2018.
They now have two dogs, a clothing brand, a new home, and who knows — maybe another Love Island baby will soon be on the cards for these villa veterans?
So there you have it, there are a surprising number of Love Island couples still together. Here's hoping for a few more...
