Why did Jess and Dan split up?
The pair broke up during a live television interview after it was revealed that Jess had been dishonest about coming onto their MAFSA co-star, Nic Jovanovic.
During an episode of Talking Married, which aired after the MAFSA finale, the experts gave updates on where the contestants are now, as well as airing some unseen clips.

At one point, they showed Dan footage of the moment where Jess had flirted with Nic at the dinner party – after Jess has previously denied doing so. It's safe to say he didn't take it well, and an argument broke out between the couple on air. Dan then revealed that he had been experiencing trust issues within his relationship with Jess.
When asked if he was ready to call it quits, Dan replied: "To me it is [a big deal]. There's a lot to it for me. I wish I didn’t watch it tonight to be honest with you." Jess chimed in, saying, "I definitely wish I’d been a bit more honest."
The host proceeded to ask, "Can you trust each other three months on. Can you get past it?," to which Dan replied: "I don’t know. I just don’t know."
After the interview, Dan told Yahoo Lifestyle Australia that they had officially parted ways: "Me and Jess have split, let’s get that straight. We have broken up. There’s allegations coming out that we’re still together. She’s saying we’re still together. We are not together. We just spoke and I was just honest with her. I said, ‘Look I don’t think I can continue this. It’s toxic, you’re not being honest with me. I can’t have a relationship with someone if they’re not honest with me."

Do Jess and Dan still talk?
Despite their rollercoaster of a relationship, it seems like Jess and Dan are on speaking terms now. She told The Metro in February 2021 that they are "good friends."
During the same interview, she opened up about her addiction to tranquiliser after coming off the reality television show. "I was already copping hate from the Australian public," she told the publication. “I was copping hate from his family, his friends. And then I also had to deal with a breakup, the hurt of a breakup.

"Then when we broke up, I was also getting double hate [from people] saying, 'Sucked in you bitch, you f**king deserve it.' I was at a really low point, I actually got a really bad Xanax addiction. I was drinking a bottle or two of white wine a day on Xanax. It was really bad."
"People don't understand that we're people, we're normal people that have emotions and feelings. We're not just puppets for everybody's entertainment after a show ends. These things do hurt the average person. Also at the time I was only 27, I was still really young."

Who is Jess from MAFSA dating now?
Jess is now happily coupled up with one of her brother's friends, Filip Poznanovic.
"You came into my life unexpectedly but clearly, when I needed you the most. You have made me laugh and smile more in the small amount of time we’ve nurtured our relationship than I have in years [sic]," she wrote on Instagram to celebrate Filip's birthday this past January.
"There’s never a dull day with you around and I see only a brighter future with you by my side [...] I will continue to encourage and push you to build, grow and manifest new goals and ideas just as you do to me, each and every day [sic]."

Who is Dan from MAFDA dating now?
Dan also seems very much in love with Amira Marotous, as per his Instagram.
It's unclear from his social media accounts how long they've been together, but in a recent post, Dan gushed: "When people say things happen for a reason, well this hot piece stood in the middle of my path. I’m very grateful."

Are Jess and Martha from MAFSA still friends?
Jess and Martha are certainly not the BFF's they once were, following an explosive falling out after the cameras stopped rolling.
It began at the Logies Awards in 2019, when Jess and fellow co-star, Ines, allegedly "gate-crashed" the event and "picked an argument" with Martha, according to The Sun.
An insider told the Daily Mail at the time that as soon as they got close to Martha, it escalated quickly. "They exchanged some tense words and Ines pretended to vomit on her."
Then, in 2020, Martha said during an Instagram Live that she'd "rather have root canal surgery from now until the end of time than ever speak to Jess and Ines".
Ines retaliated by taking to her social media to accuse Martha of cheating on her MAFSA partner and now-boyfriend, Michael Brunelli. Jess shared the post and added: "You were sleeping with your ex-boyfriend over the Christmas period and when I saw you at the airport when we were arriving to film the reunion."

Are any of the MAFSA couples still together?
Jules and Cam, and Michael and Martha are still together from season six.
Jules and Cam were by far the show's strongest couple. They actually got married outside of the show, and had a baby last October. As we can see from the Instagram accounts, they've moved in together and don't hesitate to show off sweet snaps of their son, Oliver.
While they initially clashed over whether they'd reside in Sydney or Melbourne, Micheal and Martha also went the distance. It seems like the pair are now living in Sydney. So, well done on winning that fight, Martha!
They haven't wed yet, but they're very active on Instagram, where they frequently appear on reels and IGTV together. How adorable, right?
